To produce this oil, the best olive trees of the Arbequina variety from Lleida have been personally chosen and selected. These olives are harvested at the optimum time of ripening, between October and January, to obtain a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

It is a ripe fruity oil, with great aromatic intensity and is delicately sweet. A 100% natural Arbequina oil, which does not contain any kind of preservative or food additive. Ideal for taking raw in salad dishes, vegetables, meat and fish, or simply with a piece of toast.
