Directions For Use

PROPERTIES: Transparent and elastic gelatine USE: Mix this product with water, then bring to the boil, when its at 60C it can be used to decorate fruit APPLICATION: any kind of liquid with water content higher than 80% ELABORATIONS: Nappage, vegetarian gelatine (doesn't melt until 60C), false spherification sphere, Veils, Cold spaghetti Dosage: 50g/kg to obtain a firm gel. Gelatines are ingredients of natural origin that have a great capacity to absorb water molecules and therefore prevent them from separating. In the case of vegetable gelatine, it is used by bringing it to the boil and then filling the moulds. It is very elastic/flexible gelatine that absorbs water well.

Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. best before 24 month
