This bright, golden vinegar is made with locally-grown Chardonnay grapes in Tarragona - one of Spain's fine wine regions.

Unió produce each of their varietal wine vinegars using an artisanal fermentation process. Because it is very slow and gentle, this method preserves much of the flavour and aroma of the wine.
At the heart of Unió Chardonnay Vinegar are the rich apply flavours of Spanish Chardonnay wine. This is a vinegar for dressings, marinades and also cooking.

Single varietal vinegars offer subtlety and variety whatever they may be used for. This chardonnay vinegar is produced by the Schutzenbach method of cold acetification which allows for the flavours of the grape.
