Directions For Use

Set flat heavy based cast iron pan or hot plate to 200°C (140°C for a tortilla press). If tortillas are a little dry apply some water to the tortillas before placing on the hot plate. Cook for about 15 secs on one side before flipping, then cook for further 10 secs or until product has completely flattened and steam rises.

Storage Instructions

Store at below -18°C. Defrost in the chill at 0-5°C. For best result allow tortillas packs to defrost slowly in the fridge for 12 hours. Do NOT defrost rapidly at room temperature as this will cause cracking. Keep refrigerated after defrost at temperature 0-5°C. Use within 3 days of defrosting. Keep products well wrapped to prevent from drying and cracking.
