One of the first flavours developed by MONIN in the syrup range, this syrup bottles the sweet and sour, refreshing taste of lemons from the groves of Southern Italy,

Famed for its refreshing smell and tart flavour, the lemon is the acidic fruit of a small evergreen tree native to Asia, Its origin is something of a mystery, although it is thought to have originated from India and first entered Europe near Southern Italy in 1 AD, The juice, rind and zest of the lemon are all used in cooking, baking and to flavour drinks such as lemonade,
