Directions For Use

Foaming and emulsifying effect. Dissolve in the desired preparation. Heat minimum 50ºC and maximum 70ºC, place into a cream whipper/ Isi gun, use one cream whipper gas charger (N20) and shake until whipped. store in a water bath at 60ºC. Application: Any liquid or semi-liquid preparation. Elaborations: Hot foams with siphon. Exclusively for food grade. Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed.
