SOSA ProSorbet Cold is a complete stabiliser for sorbets made cold and contains the perfect mixture of stabiliser, emulsifier, fats and sugars. Mix in cold to any liquid or semi liquid that is based on juice or water. Use for sweet or savoury sorbets as well as foams & mousse.

Dosage:100g/L. Properties: Stabilizer for sorbets. Use: Mix with the base. Application: Any liquid or semi-liquid preparation. Observations: Mixiture of stabilizers, emulsifiers and sugars. Elaborations: Ice cream and sorbets. Exclusively for food grade
Storage Instructions
Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Use preferably within 24 months from production date. The specified shelf life can only be guaranteed for this product if the above mentioned recommended storage conditions are respected.

Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Glucose powder, Thickeners: guar gum (E412). Carrageen (E407), sodium alginate (E401), Palm vegetable fat, Emulsifiers: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E407).
