Directions For Use

Dosage: 2-15g/kg. 0,2-1,5g/100g. Properties: Soft gel. Insoluble in cold water, freely soluble in hot water (80-90 º C), insoluble in organic solvents or vegetable oils. Use: Apply in room temperature, heat up to 80ºC, better boil. Pour the powder (previously mixed with other dry ingredients) on water Pour the powder (previously mixed with other dry ingredients) on water while applying vigorous stirring until complete dispersion. Heat to 80ºC for complete dissolution. Never pour the liquid onto the powder. Gelling, thickener, stabilizer, suspensor agent. Great water absorption capacity. Application: Any kind of liquid. Observations: Doesn’t allow freezing, heatable until about 50°C. Elaborations: Pannacotta / Flan / Pudding / Cuajadas / Drinkable jelly. Exclusively for food grade. Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Use preferably within 24 months from production date. The specified shelf life can only be guaranteed for this product if the above mentioned recommended storage conditions are respected.
