Directions For Use

Dosage: 100g/l 10g/100g Properties: Ice cream stabilizer. Use: Dissolve in cold with vigorous stirring, do not heat. Application: Any liquid or semi-liquid preparations, dairy-based. Observations: White powder. Once mixed with the liquid, it is best allow to stand for 8 hours to mature before freezing. Elaborations: Dairy-based ice creams. Exclusively for food grade. Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Use preferably within 24 months from production date. The specified shelf life can only be guaranteed for this product if the above mentioned recommended storage conditions are respected.
