Directions For Use

Dosage: 0,6-1,5g/ Xanthan gum are ingredients of natural origin that have a great capacity to absorb water molecules and therefore prevent them from separating. Dissolve 25 to 50g GELESPESSA when cold or hot in 1 litre of liquid or semi-liquid. Beat with a whisk or in a food processor/ hand blender until it thickens. This product only thicken it does not form a compact gel. It can be used with: - Water and all types of liquid with a water content above 80%. - Dairy products (maximum fat content: 200g/kg) - All types of fruit (the more acidic, the less it jellifies) - Emulsions with a maximum of 200g/kg of water. GELESPESSA allows us to make sauces, false mayonnaises, texturized soups, syrups and stabilize solids in drinks, suspensor effect.

Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Best before 24 months from production date.
