Directions For Use

PROPERTIES: Thickening agent gives creamy texture (as a pastry cream) in cold, this doesn't need to be heated to activated. APPLICATION: substitute for corn starch, for any kind of liquids. OBSERVATIONS: viscosity stable whether it is in the oven or in acidic mixtures. Dosage: 40-80g/L (it can be mixed either cold or hot). APPLICATION: creams, raw pastry cream, Puree, textured soups

Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed.

Certification

Thickener: Acetylated distarch phosphate (E1414) of potato starch.
