Cold pressed rapeseed derived from Brassica Napus. A natural source of Omega 3, Oil of Aldborough contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil, and with its very high burn point, it is ideal for many applications - frying, roasting, marinading, dipping or as a dressing.

Oil of Aldborough grow, or purchase from other Red Tractor Farm Assured suppliers, thousands of tonnes of rapeseed. The seeds are then pressed on site in a purpose built oil press, to extract the rich golden oil which has a distinct "nutty"flavour, with nothing added, nothing taken away. No chemical extraction of the oil takes place, The oil is then filtered, prior to bottling.
