What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Purchasing Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations by:

• Managing communication with internal teams and suppliers regarding outstanding deliveries or issues, providing regular updates.
• Compiling and distributing internal reports, ensuring timely and accurate sharing of feedback.
• Gathering and collating information on new products and suppliers and setting them up in SAP.
• Booking deliveries and updating changes to delivery dates and times.
• Liaising with key departments to share updates on deliveries, stock availability, and costs
• Handling emails and calls from suppliers and hauliers to resolve queries efficiently regarding the delivery of goods.
