Directions For Use

Oatmeal Medium is Ideal for traditional oatmeal, baking, or as a base for granola and other recipes. Rich in dietary fibre, vitamins, and minerals, supporting a balanced diet. Cook with water or milk and top with fruits, nuts, and sweeteners for a delicious breakfast. Baking: Use in muffins, cookies, and bread for added texture and nutritional value. Granola: Mix with honey, nuts, and dried fruits to make homemade granola. Smoothies and Bowls: Blend into smoothies or use as a base for smoothie bowls.

Storage Instructions

Oat products should be stored in cool, dry conditions, away from any strong odours. Oats will readily take on taint and / or be subject to mould / infestation if not stored correctly. If stored correctly in sealed bags / flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC’s) the product will remain in good condition for 12 months.
