Egg Replacer is mainly used when baking from scratch and is ideal for cakes, biscuits, pie fillings etc. Not suitable for recipes requiring a scrambled or hardboiled alternative.
Box contains the equivilent of 66 eggs
- For the equivilent of one whole egg, add 1 teaspoon of Orgran No Egg™to 2 tablespoons of water.
- In place of egg whites, add 2 teaspoons of Orgran No Egg™with 1 tablespoon of water. (If recipe calls for stiffly beaten egg whites, mix Orgran No Egg™and water until stiff).
