BUTNETHUNSROLL
When broken, a good quality butter should present a somewhat jagged, irregular surface. It should have a mild, sweet, clean creamy flavour, delicate aroma and texture. This is what differentiates Netherend's traditionally made butter and these characteristics ensure that once you have tasted Netherend Farm Buttter, no other butter will compare.
Netherend Dairy is located on the family farm which is situated between the rivers Severn and Wye,
bordering the Royal Forest of Dean. They are a family business and recognise that their main priority
is to produce a first class butter and the best customer service that they possibly can.
The cream that they use is produced by cows who graze in the lush pastures of South West England. The farmers are passionate about the health and welfare of their cows and try to ensure that they have a predominantly grass fed diet from grazing in the pastures during the summer months. The freshness of the cream together with it being traditionally churned in a barrel churn, produces a quality butter with a unique creamy flavour that tastes “like proper butter should”. They are very proud that Netherend Farm butter is now used throughout the country by Michelin star chefs and can be found on the finest dining tables of the top hotels and restaurants.
