Wash before use. Monk's Beard is a relatively unknown green. It is flavours and texture are showcased best when served fresh, raw or through brief cooking such as blanching or sautéing. Often served as a side dish steamed and tossed in olive oil and lemon juice. Also great in potato salad, or served with spring lamb.

Storage Instructions

Keep in crisper drawer in the refrigerator.
