For use in the baking and related industries, may sometimes be used as a thickening agent for sauces. Must be heat treated (baked) before consumption by the end user. Not suitable for consumers with Coeliac disease.

Storage Instructions

Product is ambient stable. Store in cool dry area, on pallets or other shelving to allow free circulation of air on all sides. Do not store in direct sunlight. Storage conditions should be free from rodents, birds or any other potential contaminants or infestations.
