Durum wheat semolina lasagne.
Directions For Use
Lasagne ready for use. There is no need for precooking. Make a mince sauce and a very liquid white sauce. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a baking pan. Put lasagne in the baking pan and alternate them with the mince sauce and the white one. Add taste to every layer with grated parmesan. Make about 5 layers and sprinkle the last one with a lot of parmesan and some piece of butter. Cover the baking pan with cooking foil. Roast at 180° C for 20 minutes, then take the cooking foil off and continue roasting for 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
