Directions For Use

Recommended dosage: 50g / day for adults and 25g / day for children / 100% isomalt powder, derived from sucrose. Sucrose can be substituted in a 1: 1 ratio without changing the physical characteristics of the final product. It provides half the calories of sucrose. Stable at high temperatures without browning (150ºC). Perfect for making sweets and pastry making. Physical and chemical properties: POD 50%, PAC: 99%, AW: 0,458±0,02 Solid 95%, Humidity <10% Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect

Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed.
