Directions For Use

Moisturising, it keeps pastry products softer when substituting 10 -15% sucrose with inverted sugar. It maintains moisture in icing and truffles. Antifreeze for ice cream production. Observations: It has a higher sweetening power than common sugar. Difficulty in the crystallization of water. Accelerates fermentation of the yeast dough. Exclusively for food grade. pH 4.5 +_ 0.2 ºB 67 +_ 5 POD 125% PAC 190% Solid 70% humidity <5%

Storage Instructions

recommend keep at 15-25ºC, dry place out of light. Keep in original containers and closed.
