It’s easy to punch up your eggs, pasta, fish and asparagus dishes with our blissfully buttery Hollandaise Sauce. It also works brilliantly with your own added ingredients if you want to add your own little twist – or you can add tarragon and white wine vinegar for a fool-proof Béarnaise sauce.
It handles heat exceptionally well without splitting or becoming dull, is freeze-thaw stable in application and will keep its deliciously creamy flavour and consistency whether heated by hob, microwave, kettle, bain-marie or hot-cabinet.
