Directions For Use

Pour the gelatin into cold water under moderate stirring Leave to swell for at least 1 hour Melt at 55°C without exceeding 80°C Maintain at this temperature until completely dissolved . Check before use that the solution is perfectly homogeneous and that no undissolved particles remain. This gelatin mass should be prepared 24 hours before use. Cover with cling film and set aside in the refrigerator
