Pan'Artisan's new gluten free dough pucks are the perfect way for operators to produce an authentic gluten free pizza option for gluten free diners.
Made from a special Gluten Free Flour formulation which produces a thin and crispy style base suitable for Coeliac and those following Gluten free diets. The base looks and tastes very similar to a standard thin and crispy product. Due to the absence of Gluten, the dough puck is not as pliable and therefore needs to be rolled instead of stretched.
