To create an authentic Salt & Vinegar crisp, Fairfields Farm source vinegar from their smashing neighbours at Aspall, in Suffolk. The Chevallier family use English apples like Cox and Bramley, which give their Cyder vinegar and these crisps their unique and delicious taste.

Combined with Fairfields Farm family-grown potatoes, these crisps are a true testament to the wonderful flavours East Anglia produces.
