Roasted medium-dark, this blend brings notes of chocolate, hazelnut and caramel with a thick, heavy texture.

A blend of 20 coffees from 20 producers in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, this blend represents what we hold dear when sourcing green coffee.  Coffees for this blend are selected through a competition run by the SMC, with the motivation being to provide an access point to the specialty coffee market for producers working at a smaller scale (by Brazilian standards), allowing them to maximise their income from the high quality of these coffees rather than having to sell it on the commercial market.
