Directions For Use

This product contains raw squid and must be cooked thoroughly – not to be consumed raw. These instructions are guideline only as the cooking appliances vary. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator overnight or for approx.2 hours in room temperature before cooking. Shallow Fry: Pan fry the Squid in a little oil for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Ensure Squid is piping hot, thoroughly and evenly cooked before serving.
