Directions For Use

From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: 1300W-1650W. From defrost - approximately 10 seconds in a 1600w microwave. Oven: From defrost - preheat oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 and place on a baking tray, heat for 5 minutes. Defrost for 2-3 hours in a fridge. Once defrosted, can be toasted for 90 seconds, on medium heat. Use within 48 hours of defrosting and do not refreeze once defrosted.

Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
