Directions For Use

We recommend cooking product from frozen although thawing is possible. The product is only suitable for eating once thoroughly roasted or fried until the centre reaches a min of 72°C. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil, add the burgers, flip a few times to cook evenly.

Storage Instructions

Store frozen / Defrost burger in refrigerator before use / Defrost by laying burgers out in a single tray on lined and wrapped sheet tray in refrigerator overnight / Once defrosted – use within 48h / Do not refreeze after cooking Keep frozen at or below (-18°C) for up to 9 months, before use. IF THAWED, DO NOT REFREEZE
