Deep fry: Pre-heat Rapeseed oil to 180°C / 350°F. Add the scampi and cook for 4-4 and a half minutes until golden brown and crisp. Drain Scampi on kitchen paper and serve immediately. NOT TO BE CONSUMED RAW
