Dosage: 25-50 g/kg Substitute of animal gelatine. Properties: Very elastic gelling agent. Use: Pour the powder with the rest of the solids over the liquid, heat. Application: Any liquid elaboration. Observations: Resists freezing, (freezes soft) doesn't leak on defrosting Elaborations: Elastic gelatines. Exclusively for food grade. Storage Instructions

Recommended keep at 15-25ºC, in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Use preferably within 24 months from production date. The specified shelf life can only be guaranteed for this product if the above mentioned recommended storage conditions are respected.
